➔ Arrive at the nearest airport/junction or bus stop in Jorhat/Dibrugarh

➔ By offering you a warm welcome they will give a brief description about the trip

➔ The trip starts and we enroute our journey to Tezu, Arunachal Pradesh. Do not forget to keep your cameras handy as you cross beautiful waterfalls and get some spectacular views.

➔ Today early morning after having breakfast we will embark on our journey towards Walong. It will be a long drive across the mountain terrain. Spot the Natural beauty of the Forests on the way and halt to spot the majestic view of the Lohit River from the Lohit View Point

➔ Arrive at our homestay in Walong. After a tiresome journey from Tezu yet an  adventurous one, rest for a couple of few hours so that we get enough energy for the Dong valley trek

*Night halt: Homestay at Walong

*note: To catch the first sunrise of the country we need to wake up early at 2am, get ready! and start our trek towards the Dong valley from the Homestay (trek duration: 90 minutes)

➔ After climbing the lush green hills and trekking for nearly 90 minutes, feast your eyes on the first sunrise of India from the
Dong valley (around 4 am). After spending some wonderful time in the beautiful valley we trek back to our Homestay

➔ But wait, we have some perks! How about a refreshing bath in a hot water spring? On the way we reach the "hot water spring" in Dong, rejuvenate your mind by relaxing your tired feet and get the energy roaring for the day

➔ Post having breakfast, today we move towards the last or the first village and township of India, Kaho and Kibithu. Located in just a few hours drive from the homestay, Kaho and Kibithu are the two settlements that are in the extreme eastern most part of Arunachal Pradesh. Witness the Indo-China border from Kaho and visit an ancient Buddhist monastery Gompa overseeing the Lohit river from the top

➔ Another few minutes drive, reach Kibithu & take a view of the majestic eastern Himalayas from the Kibithu view point. Later, visit the army cantonment present there

➔ Drive back to Walong, visit the war memorial and pay your tributes to the brave departed souls of the Indian Army soldiers who lost their lives during the Indo-China war of 1962. Continue your drive and take a break to visit two small temples in "Helmet Top" a hill top perched in some 18 kms away from Walong

➔ Departing from there, we return and check in to our Homestay. Spend your evening at leisure, toast with your friends and embrace the last night in Walong with some smooth jamming sessions & bonfire

➔ After having breakfast we bid goodbye to Walong and make onward journey back to Tezu with some sweet memories to
cherish

➔ Sightseeing the beautiful town of Tezu. In the evening, you can visit the local market and enjoy at your leisure. We are sure that you would love it (* if we reach early from Walong)

➔ Overnight stay in Tezu Homestay/Circuit House

➔ Post breakfast we leave Tezu and move onward to our last destination Home.

➔ On the way, visit the famous Golden Pagoda located in Chongkham, Namsai. Spend some leisure time in the beautiful monastery.

➔ Drive again, Reach the latest station and "TRIP END".
